Your body is designed to MOVE!

A funny thing happened today. I decided to walk down to the bank instead of driving.

But, I found I COULDN’T WALK! My body wanted to RUN!

Now, I’m not actually a runner. I would much rather workout with Kettle-Bells, but today I wanted to run (only about 4 kilometres return).

The fitter you are, the more your body wants to MOVE and MOVE efficiently. So why not give it a try-even if you have never run before.

To start the process, try running for a short distance (say between 1-2 lamp-posts) then walk, then run. This is a little interval training for you. You will soon discover that you are running more than walking, and hey presto – you are increasing the calorie-burning capacity of your body. Just don’t overdo it.

Interval training is the best way to BURN calories and to get FIT super-fast.
