		<description>Yes- I agree-cardio fitness is an effective way to burn fat-just make sure you really do work out at a decent rate. I have seen too many people at gyms &#039;ambling along&#039; on cardio machines rather than increasing the intensity. 
Sweating is a by-product of the body&#039;s aerobic system. Fit people burn fat faster-simply because their resting metabolic rate is higher.</description>
