<p>BUT this greedy little hormone will be quite satisfied if you feed it<strong> NUTS</strong>!  </p>

Plan to have a nut snack between 3 and 3.30pm: 20grams will probably be enough. That’s about 20 almonds, hazelnuts, or walnuts or a mix of the three (as long as it is no more than 20 in total). </p>
<p>If you want to go for brazil nuts, then it’s about 8. Use tree nuts only &#8211; NOT peanuts. </p>

<p>Imagine this: You walk for 30 minutes &#8216;in the zone&#8217; and burn 150 calories- of which 50% is fat because you are &#8216;in the zone&#8217;.  That&#8217;s 75 calories worth of fat, right? Sounds ok. But what if you were to <strong>run </strong>for 30 minutes and burn 300 calories &#8211; of which 33% is fat? That would be 100 calories worth of fat. It doesn&#8217;t take much to figure out that the higher your intensity, the greater your fat burning ability is.</p>
<p>So next time you are at the gym, go hard and don&#8217;t even look at &#8216;fat burning-zone&#8217; on that equipment!</p>
