Hi! Let me tell you a little about ‘me’.
I’ve been a teacher for most of my working life and more recently come into the world of professional fitness and wellness coaching.
You see, I am just an ‘ordinary’ person – a ‘non-athlete’ who knows how important fitness is for a life full of vibrant energy!
Well- Ok I DID do martial arts (judo) when I was a teenager and loved it too, but I decided to stop when us girls had to fight to gain the belts! That sure was not me!
I started lifting weights when I turned 50! Yep! 50! It just goes to show you that you are never too old to tackle something new. Working out with weights and addressing nutrition has given me the energy, strength and health that I just KNOW can be yours too.
That’s why I studied at the New Zealand College of Fitness (now known as MAX College), registered with NZ Register of Exercises Professionals and became a personal trainer and wellness coach! My mission is to help to empower others to enjoy the benefits of good nutrition, great fitness and great energy.
